Anyone else notice an improvement in Customer Service lately? In the past month, I've had 3 occasions to email CS. Each time I got a quick email reply with how they were going to react/rectify the situation. This last time, I wrote to advise my (on sale) kitchen utensils arrived with the box wide open and the enclosed plastic bag opened as well. I just wanted them to know the shipper was being irresponsible. They responded immediately saying they would inform the responsible parties and gave me a credit toward a future purchase. Wow!

I've never had QVC CS be anything other than helpful, responsive and friendly. They're the best.

I didn't realize you could email customer service. Good to know. Some on the phone are helpful, some are not.

I don't think it's just lately. On the rare occasions I've needed to contact them, they have always been prompt and helpful.

Yes, a lot of improvement.
I noticed much more professionalism, more mature sounding voices, friendlier, and knowledgeable.

I don't have a need usually to contact them but have always had my "issue" settled straight away. No complaints from me.

I love their CS. I always do a live chat and they are so helpful... I was expecting an order and even though it showed delivered, I did not have it. In doing the chat, she sent me a new item and if my order appeared, would I send the replacement back.... I was lucky and the item appeared and so I did a live chat again, told them the missing item appeared and they thanked me for telling them and returning the replacement. She also noted, I would not be charged for any return.... So, to me, they are fantastic!! I always give 5 star reviews.....

@Sunniegirl I agree. In the past I've always used the live chat when it was available, and it has been super. The past few times I used the email option, and it worked out very well. One reason I used the email was to compliment one of the newer hosts, who I thought did a particularly good job.
