COULD I GET AN EXPLANATION, PLEASE?

 

On 3/27 I ordered a watch, and it soon came up with an estimated delivery date of 4/14.   I check daily and there's been no progress in the process. 

 

Approx 10 days ago I emailed CS to ask why this was stalled, and if you're just out of the watches, could someone please just tell me the truth.  No reply.

 

Well, today is 4/15 ..... and there's no update, no tracking, no shipment.

 

Can a CS person please tell me what's going on?
