Once again received the wrong item w/o an
Invoice. It was much easier when the social Team handled these type errors. Now you email Returns and wait for a few days for their reply. If you are
Missing an Eagles NFL shirt I probably have it. I’ve shopped for years at the Q and rarely had issues prior to the last couple months.

@3blackdogs    Note that they never send out heavyweight 18k gold bracelets instead of the tee shirt ordered.  It's always junk.

I emailed EasyReturns a week ago about them doing a return instead of an exchange - haven't heard from them yet.

The first time it took mevabout 3 days to hear anythung.  I've not had these issues until recently.  Annoying....
