C'mon QVC ... I can't imagine one can't CANCEL w/in 1 minute....

I "accidentally" hit the "order button" vs. save for later on my order of this morning.   I tried immediately to CANCEL it ...It said "in process" UNABLE TO CANCEL ORDER AT THIS TIME.

 

HONESTLY, there is no way that within 1 minute QVC orders are processed.

I called CS immediately they can't cancel it either!  If it comes, I will return without opening to Q...I just think this is crazy the way QVC can say "in process" when I ordered a aerobed last week and it didn't ship for 7 days!!! ....

Yes it is ,i have tried to cancel just minutes after ,some times can not,they do this on purpose.

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

Hi @homedecor1 I was able to cancel your order. It may have been too soon after ordering to cancel, it may have still been processing, but it is now canceled.
