3 SG orders made on 4/27 were shipped to the wrong place on 5/01

Now  they are just sitting in limbo where ever they are and have not moved since.

Can C.S. help?

Dumb me sent it first to customer care by mistake  and then forwarded it to the Social team..

Yes, she said she did that yesterday but, the refund does not appear on the orders on my Account

They still say "In the Process" 

 I asked for a cancellation of the orders .
