You can cancel it by going to:

 - My Account
 - Order Status

 - Scroll down to the order

 - Click on View/Edit Order

 - Click on "Cancel"

@Peggy   You can only cancel orders placed within the past few hours, otherwise they're set in stone.  I feel certain the OP knows that.

Yes, @Love my grandkids ,but I am bed ridden with serious heart failure  problems and extremely low bp, after a bout with  Covid ,so I weakened and sadly, I have been buying everything I see.............

 

@Kachina624 ,I do know that  but of course I can't cancel it, and you know that too. It is "In the process"  for over a month now and of course, I no longer need it .I was just hoping by some chance the CS reps can.

@MalteseMomma  after a month  in Process I would be surprised if it  ships. You will be up and about before it does. Get well soon!! Hope the Mods can help you with this order.
