Had a problem with a product price.  Customer Service could not resolve this to my satisfaction.  After several tries to resolve problem all which I was not ammenable with I contacted office of CEO.  I called at 9:30 AM and had a call back at 12:30 and complete resolution.  I am happy that QVC stands behind their advertisments and produicts.  That makes for a good company with good public relations.

Happy it was resolved to your satisfaction.  But I'm surprised they put your call through to Mike George's office.  Seems like he should delegate some of this responsibility.  Smiley Happy
