@annie57 I have no doubt you had/have a QVC problem. It's obvious from the Forums that they have serious issues. I've been lucky here. Have gotten on my orders and even have had all the deliveries within the time the item was promised.

I order so little elsewhere that my experience wouldn't count for much, but I'm running out of fingers to count errors on neighbor's packages I've received by error. Amazon most often, but Walmart, too,

Seems to me that we're all encountering our own subpar experiences, whether from deliberate theft/scams or sloppy workmanship, etc. Millions of stories in this big country of ours.

I feel your pain. I ordered the Blackstone TSV Sunday morning 3/26 and was so excited about it. The order was in Preparing your order status until the listed delivery by date 4/4. Now in Backordered status. Q did you over sell your inventory? Sketchy practice at best. Hope those that got one are enjoying it.
