Billed twice... QVC and QCard

Paid bill but QCard still billing me for items saying that paying through QVC does not pay off bill on QCard... charged twice for same items... FRAUD. QVC is doing horrendous business and blaming their delays on the pandemic.

Q card payments must be made to Synchrony Bank not QVC.

@kitchen help Doesn't feel like fraud to me -  more like you called QVC or sent them $$ and somehow that crossed with your Synchrony bill.   Synchrony and QVC are not the sane company -  they accept bills from many companies just like AmEx, Bank of America, etc.

 

Why don't you send a message to the social team and get it resolved?

I pay my a card on the Q and never had a payment not credited.  I think though there is a day or two between paying and seeing the credit.  Something sounds off.  If you just checked today, wait and check back on Monday.

Wonder if the OP is paying her Easy Pays and thinks that it goes towards her Q Card payment?
