Billed for an order I did not place

I received notice of an order I did not place.
It was a late night order and not even my sizes.
Customer Service is closed and I was unable to cancel it.
How this happened is a mystery to me and it shows the order in process.
What a mess!!

@Doggiemom ...now that's scary !  I've often wondered why my bill doesn't go down as fast as I think it should - I need to check it more closely .  Thanks for sharing your experience .
