And I've never seen any reviews or "stars" listed with the products.  Descriptions (for any products) can be incomplete or wrong.  

I've been interested in a couple of things.  But no chance to return?  No thanks.

QVC makes that clear. That's why I have never bought any of the "private access" items.

I took a chance on a Lug handbag at the beginning of this offer.  Luckily, it worked out well, & I love it, but I could see not buying if over $20 or so.  Oddly, I never could find that bag on line afterward.

Any item that is broken/defective or QVC error is completely refundable, as always.
