I am not getting a response from Cust Care thru the Q website, and I know I shouldn't post private account info on the forum. thnx.

Update:

I contacted QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and Kim got right back to me. 

She took care of everything. I am so grateful for her excellent customer service. happydance... Woman Happy
