Beth-Moderator, please contact me or let me know how to contact you regarding a poster

I understand their are rules and guidelines, and I am aware that you ban posters for hours for whatever the reason....  but I have reported a poster who constantly is unkind amongst other things, and you never ban this person,  you just remove the post. I find this extremely unfair and would like to communicate with you about it. Kindly send me a link or whatever needed  to address this continual problem with you  Thanking you in advance for your cooperation
