Beekman auto delivery

Has anyone else had trouble receiving their auto delivery on the large cakes of Berkman bath soap? I wss supposed to get a shipment mid December and when I contacted Customer service a week ago I was told that nothing he was looking at on my account showed I should have had a shipment in December. I informed him I was looking right at the order and he said he was showing I was to get a shipment in April (which is correct), but nothing showing a December shipment. I just wonder if they ran out and conveniently deleted my December order at their end. I guess I'll just wait and see if I get my April shipment. Just curious as to whether anyone else has had this happen.

I received my AD Honey & Oats 4 bar soap set in December.
