Beekman Bounty Box AD shipping

Some posters on the beauty forum were saying that they weren’t charged shipping on the Beekman BB AD. If true, wondering why I was. I’ve tweeted twice but got no response.

Yesterday I received my order confirmation for the auto delivery with a shipping charge of $21.21 (I live in Hawaii).   Luckily, I was able to cancel the shipment as well as all future shipments.  I am disappointed not to be getting the future shipments, but no way am I paying that much for shipping. Smiley Sad

Hi @LCYfromCincy and @Julfin our auto delivery team is researching the issue with the shipping and handling that should be $0. @LCYfromCincy I refunded your shipping and handling.

Seems that it might be an issue for more people.  I was also charged shipping for the Beekman AD.  ☹
