Beauty Backorders

I understand that the warehouse fire destroyed much of the beauty inventory, but I am now still waiting for my second Dr. Denese 3 pc Collagen Set on back order. My last two shipments still say "Backorder." I believe this is coming up on 6 mos., I don't understand why the vendors are not having their labs produce the items that are on A-D, or pack individual pieces of the same items to ship out. I'm expecting a "We can't fulfill your order" email and I'll be out of luck.

Wasn't the fire last December?  Have to hope QVC has better inventory control.
