Tried to use gift card on an existing order.  It has exceeded 5 days to respond to issue.  Now everytime I call it takes another 5 days.  Your customer service is lacking and you are not listening.  Has nothing to do with Covid-19.   Your customer service has been going down hill for years.  HSN customer service is so much better.  They listen, they solve problems in a timely manner.  You need to call them.

I tried that customerservice thing that the other poster is suggesting.  It did nothing and I reached out a bunch of times.  Nothing.  Page them, here, on the boards.  Susand or Beth will help.

@77yangya , I've read another Post where you also said that you got no help from the Moderators. I'm surprised. Is it because they tried and couldn't solve the problem or that they haven't responded to you at all? In other words, are they ignoring you? 

 

From what I've seen, a lot of Customers are happy with the help they have gotten from the Moderators.

BAD! How about non-existent. I tried calling CS today and day  was told by recording they are not available to help. The positive is I haven’t bought anything in two weeks. What's the point. It takes 2 weeks or longer to ship and forever tget here so I am saving money. I found out I really don’t need any of it. Bye bye Q. Until you get your act together I am not buying anything. I wonder how the vendors who sell their products feel about the long delays in getting their products out to the customers. This is much worse than I imagined and it’s certainly not getting better

@77yangya - Are you sure you used the correct email address? I reached out to the social team for help with a price adjustment this morning and got a response within 15 minutes, and when I sent them a question last week, I got a response within 20 minutes. This is now the only customer service avenue I use because the team is so responsive and helpful.
