I just read a post on here about bad and frustrating service received....shipping/returns, etc. I do understand. But, in fairness to QVC, and I have had my issues over the years, I just received the best service EVER! I ordered a sweater that I really liked (arrived quickly) but sizing was way off. I had to return it.
I put it into the mail on Monday. I received a notice that it was on its way back within a couple of days and by the end of week my refund was issued! BEST EVER! Thank you QVC. I am hoping that positive changes are being made within regarding shipping, returns, etc., and fewer people will have frustrations.

Agree! I rarely return anything but I recently sent back 2 items without any problems. Quick acknowledgement, quick refunds.

Im glad you ladies have received good service. On the other hand I returned a couple items. Tracking says they received them on 1/3 so far no refund have been credited to my account. I will wait till mid week before I contact the refund dept. I know they are very busy with returns and patience is a virtue...LOL.

I too have good luck on returns and have had no problem in tracking my returns. The only problem I have is that when tracking shows the item has been returned to its final destination the order status should show on line that the item has been returned and refunded

I, too, have recently had a great return experience. Ten days for notication and the next week the money hit my account. Very pleased.
