I just want to say that I think that QVC has the BEST customer service ever. Even the few times over the past 30 plus years if I had an issue with CS, it was promptly resolved.

@PhilaLady1 - Same for me and I've been shopping with them for decades (here and in England).
I'm always intrigued by the number of first-time posters who talk about a horrible experience or things like "bait and switch" or "deceptive tactics".
That's never been my experience with QVC.

I have only dealt with the QVC social team, and I agree they are fast, courteous, and they resolve the issue.

Maybe you think it is fun to mock another poster who has had problems with an item. It is sad what some posters think is acceptable. Maybe you never had a problem but I have read where other customers have. I think it is time for you to rethink your post. It doesn't take much effort to be kind.

I've also had excellent CS for over 30 years now, especially with the Social Team on board.
That doesn't negate the fact that someone else may have had a bad experience, but it's not commonplace, IMO.

Butting in- This didn't read as mocking or offensive to me. I took it as the poster offering a counter perspective.

@PhilaLady1 I 100% agree. It is baffling how there are posts that are from people furious and outraged by CS. I've also been a very long time customer and rarely have issues but when I have a problem it's always been resolved. Of course, I'm not saying there aren't problems that can be difficult to resolve, I just question the outrage.
Thanks for the positive post, some of the first time posters that are so negative makes me scratch my head a bit.

@cjm61 me too. I've been shopping on the Q for a very long time. I have always received good CS. However, I have had one very unpleasant experience recently that was beyond frustrating which took almost a month of speaking with many customer service reps before it was resolved. It happens
