SUCCESSFUL RESOLUTION to the above post chain.

Wayne gave me free shipping and would have given me expedited shipping but my order isn't coming from the QVC warehouse. 

I am fine with that, and happy that it was handled correctly.

I even received a call from Ebony, a supervisor at QVC, to make sure everything had been squared away.
