While I am able to make changes using my iPad, I cannot make changes while using my MacBook Pro laptop.
Also, when using my Mac all my orders have "Refund Issued" appearing on each order. I have not requested nor have I received a refund. This does not show up on my iPad though. Strange!
If you can use another device to access your account I would try that.
