It has been a week since i can't get past page 1 on my Auto Delivery page. I have contacted the Social Team but they just said IT has been told. Anyone else having an issue? I wonder when it will be fixed.

@plc123 I've just checked the incident tix, they say its a known issue that is still being worked.

I've been having the same issue.  I always review my upcoming ones at the end of each month and couldn't last week.  However, I discovered that I was able to review all the active ones on the app instead. If you are using your computer browser I suggest you try the app until it gets fixed.

I have 4 to 5 pages of auto delivery - with various status' - active, completed, or cancelled.  I can get the first page and what I think is the last page.  I too, check at the end of every month to see if something needs to be delayed or a shipment skipped for the following month. I have tried the app and changing browsers with no luck.  I have been shopping online at the Q since the late 90's and have never had as many issues as of late.  I have stopped bothering the social team, but hope someone is still working on fixing this issue.

I used the live chat last weekend and they looked up my May auto deliveries for me. I check mine at least 2 times a month incase i need to skip something. I also hope it is fixed soon. I hate to keep bothering the social team and live chat.

I checked my auto delivery page today to see what was coming.

Well i tried putting the QVC app on my tablet. Got the same info on my Auto Delivery page. I just checked and now on the 2nd page there is 1 item dated 2019. I wish they would fix this problem. I like to keep track of things that are comng. I have cleared my cookies many times and tried different browser, same thing.
