Auto Delivery for proactiv kit delayed 3 times

My auto delivery plan for the proactiv double up kit has now been delayed over 3 times. I've been getting this kit since 2010. When I contact customer service they say there is nothing they can to about it. Has anyone else had this problem?

I know this is an old post, but did you ever receive the kit? I have one that was supposed to ship out on 3/15/18 and it's still on back order. Just wondered if they ever filled your order, or was it eventually cancelled?

I was sent an email from your Social team stating this kit would be shipped the week of May 11th. It still shows backordered. Is this kit ever going to ship? I really need these products.

Why are you not ordering directly from the company?

This was a kit that offered double the products at a lower price than ordering from Rodan and Fields. It was less expensive basically.

Maybe order directly from company 1 time so that you have the product while waiting on QVC. I use Proactiv too but need the gently formula which QVC does not offer.
