Audio on QVC2 is Constantly Fading in and out, especially in the Late Night/Early Morning Hours.

Mods.. The audio on QVC2 has been a problem for the last several months.  There's even a complaint thread in here about it.  It's not directly related to any one internet provider.  It's happening to customers who have Cable tv, Direct tv, FireSticks, and the list goes on and on.  It's QVC's issue and it's beyond frustrating and annoying, so much that you have no other option but to change the channel.  If you extrapolate having to turn off the channel  by thousands of customers, it results in a huge revenue loss for QVC2.   No other tv channels, other than QVC2 is this occuring in.  

 

I would ask that you kindly bring this to the attention of whatever IT department would handle that issue and ask that it be immediately addressed and corrected as soon as possible.  It's  been going on far too long (about 3 months) and should have been corrected by now.

It's not just QVC2 but QVC as well.

I actually noticed that too this morning while watching the Live programing on QVC, although it didn't seem as pronounced as the QVC2 audio.

I have the same issue  with sound on the  regular QVC channel as well. It doesn't matter which tv is playing.  I can't stand it & change the channel. I thought it was just me, thanks for posting @ciao_bella @suzykee
