Could the mods please check on my two orders from 2/22 and 2/24. They are still showing in process. They are birthday presents.

So that you know that you are not alone, the same is going on with my order.  Shows expected delivery date March 03 (past date) but still in process.  I am waiting until Monday to contact customer service.  Hope things work out okay for you.

Actually, the mods here are part of the Customer Service team, or at least they used to be.  They have helped me with a couple of order problems in the past.
