I'm heartbroken about this too!  Right now I'm struggling with a lot...my DH's health, my mother's passing in May, the isolation of the pandemic and my own depression.... I counted on coming here for a break and connection each day.

I've been here since 2005 and I can't believe they are ending it now of all times!....I guess I will be buying less....maybe the Q is folding up sooner rather than later now.

A few weeks ago I emailed the Social Team and after several hours hadn't heard back, so I sent another email and that time I got a response back in less than 15 mins (claimed they never saw my original email - it might have gone to a "SPAM" filter, who knows), so yes sometimes our emails to them don't go through.
