I called CS and it was OBVIOUS that neither the CS rep nor their supervisor knew what they were talking about.
In summary:
I have multiple orders that have some arriving together via USPS and others arriving UPS Signature required. This vendor has NEVER shipped UPS to me LET ALONE signature required. Why, if they're all from the same vendor, are some coming via the USPS and other coming UPS plus signature required?
No one will be home to sign. Now what? As per CS and CS Supervisor, it will simply be returned to QVC and I'm stuck.
I need answers to my questions. Can a mod please contact me so we can figure this out? Thank you!!

The middle of the UPS InfoNotice contains other information, such as whether the shipment is C.O.D. or a signature is required. If an in-person signature is not required, you can sign the UPS InfoNotice, put it back in its original location, and the driver will leave your shipment on the next delivery attempt. If an adult signature is required, the sender may instruct us not to leave your shipment with a neighbor. We will try to redeliver, or you can arrange to pick up the shipment.

@sunshine45 I saw that too on the UPS site. However, I'm trying to get a bit more detailed info and as my first post showed, no one in CS knew anything. Thanks for trying to help however; I appreciate it. : )

Mods: Please -- I don't know where else to report this. I have been having so much trouble signing in to my account for weeks now. I reported it once, but it is still not corrected. I have to put my password in sometimes more than five times before I am signed in to my account. (I have made no changes in password or anything else.) Thanks for any help you can give.
