Attn: Customer Service - When You Have Time :-)

Hello, I've been on distribution for the Insider magazine for a little while now. I used to receive the monthly email link and I don't know what's happened. The last email and link I received was for the January issue with Kim Gravel on the cover.  

 

I didn't want to make a federal case out of it, since QVC sends me a hard copy too and I was able to use the email to link to the most recent version.  That worked through the July 2017 issue and now, for reasons unknown to me, I can't get at the August issue online.

 

When you have time, can you please check out what happened in regards to the email notification?

@Bird mama I will send a request to have that corrected. I'm assuming you are still using the same email address and you have also checked your spam folder.

Yes, my email address hasn't change, just placed an order and received order confirmation :-)   

 

I check incoming and junk emails.  Wayne, I did receive the paper copy today so there is nothing urgent, just when someone has time.
