Attention Moderators...can you help?

The following email was sent to me to confirm the return of item #A382554, yet the refund has still not processed and my credit card has already been charged again!! When shall I expect my refunds of both the October and November charges since QVC already has back the product.  I used the QVC return label and it has still been over a month. I returned my product early so to avoid the December rush.

 

Can you help get my refunds of both the October and November easy pays processed since QVC has verified the return?
