I just attempted to order the TSV on my IPad & a message came up that I had to enter a payment method. I thought that was strange because there is one attached to my account. I went to check & it wasn't there.So I tried to re enter my cc information . Your system wouldn't process it & kept saying the information I added was incorrect.
I called Customer Service & spoke to Arlene. She said my information was in her system & she was able to place the order for me. Arlene said it was a systems problem.
I would appreciate it if you would please have your IT department look into my account & correct the problem? Thank you!!
