Attention Moderator-I Need a Price Adjustment,Please

  Several weeks ago I purchased item # H311495 . The Halston Patchwork Kimono Sleeve Cardigan as a Christmas gift. I paid $75.48 for it.The other day it went on sale for $59.82.

  I would appreciate a price adjustment & credit.

  Thank you for your help.

A311495 is PRETTY!

you can also call customer service.....they are very good about doing price adjustments quickly if it is within 30 days of receipt of the item.

I think they're good about crediting price differences, if it's within 30 days.  Longer than that, I'd guess, not so much.

 

Did you talk to customer service? It seems like they might be the faster way to go.

I have refunded the difference of $15.66 to the original payment method. Current processing time is 3 to 5 business days.
