As Is items

I received an "As Is" item (wreath) today that had been cut off at the bottom.  It was the "Forget-Me-Not" floral wreath.  The description stated it was 36 inches in length.  Mine was only 32 inches in length. Quality control needs to check these "As Is" items more carefully. I didn't expect a perfect item, but this was clearly not acceptable.

I have received some excellent"As Is" items - but now, I am afraid to purchase any more.
