@Jeanne from VA    You were just lucky.  Usually the only difference in shipping is that the item gets put on a plane instead of a truck with the processing time staying the same.   Your sweater was probably just readily available the first time, not so much the second. 

 

Everybody who complains is being told their order will ship on the 19th.  Going to be a busy day for QVC.  Lol.
