App for I Phone Not Working

Is anyone else having trouble with this app?  Since getting IOS 10 the app will work once or twice and then just spin.  You have to uninstall and then reinstall and it will just do the same thing.  Is QVC working on this problem?

I'm having issues as well. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it multiple times.  It works at first, but the next time I try to open the app I get the spinning. Let me know if you get any answers or hear about improvements.

Something was corrected as I just checked my IPad and it seems to be working I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I shutdown both devices & restarted

 

 

I'm having problems with BOTH esp. on my ipad since the update.

I cannot log in -- when I enter my info it takes me to the QCARD 5 EZ SELECTIONS.  If I want to look at a specific item from the "RECENTLY ON AIR" it takes me to the same place....ugh!

 

Then if I try to check my account - takes me to the website and big red block saying "Todays' Special Value" .... nothing else on page.

 

I think its a glitch I'm fine using my desktop MAC. (Or maybe its me I've been having this for days).
