@laluzdelmundo Better call CS. You may have an expired credit card which resulted in an overdue easy pay.

@laluzdelmundo I get the same message from HSN. Like you I do not want to deal with CS. I suspect my message is due to percentage of returns. Please come back to your post and let me know what CS says.

I have had that randomly happen and then it will work later on. It's not necessarily caused by anything the consumer has done.

I have the same problem, called CS said I was locked up but could see no reason why and would unlock me but still unable to order.

@Hilery So far there's no answer to why I can't order using Chrome on my iMac. But I was able to order using Safari. I can only sign in to the Forums using my iPad. My only online problems are with QVC. Somehow that doesn't surprise me.
