Same here.  I'm upset.

The 5 Easy Pays are only applied with the Q Card. @Lucylu12

I don't understand.  I just ordered something from the gold event and it's in 5 payments.  And I don't own a Q card and never used kind of credit card from the Q.  I always order Using a VISA card.

Some items show less than 5 EPs until you checkout and use your Q Card then it gives you the option to take the 5 EPs using the Q Card. Otherwise you won't get the 5 EPs unless it has it anyway.

Check the "See Offer Details" description. It's NOT only for the Q Card.

So I guess it must not be working for everything. I just put something in my cart that has 3 ep and at checkout it shows 5 ep if I use my Q Card but not for any other card.

It's not working but if you contact CS they can update it when you place your order.  Just did a live chat and he was able to update the order once place.
