And lately no customers are responding because you are asked to change your nickname to do so. Also to write a review. Silly and annoyingly unnecessary when you are already logged in.

@candyagain

On another thread a while ago, someone posted you do NOT need to change your nickname.

Just type in your current one.  They were right.

I do it all the time.

I remember that helpful email. BUT I still say if you're already logged in there should be no reason to log in again.....user friendly is always best.

Re: Answer the customer questions!!!

Yes, some questions are answered in the description, but some questions should have been answered by the host or vendor during the presentation.  Some presentations focus on colors and chitchat without much useful detail.

I could be wrong but those questions are for customers to answer not QVC.  QVC can not control if any customers answer your questions or not.

I always thought it was for both customers & vendors to answer.  Customers can give their personal expereince with the item but it's the vendor who one would think wants to sell their product and should answer basic questions.

@haddon9    Many vendors do answer questions.  For instance, someone from Muk Lucks answered questions during last week's TSV.  Often a Q employee from CS will answer.  Many times people ask questions that are answered in the description.

Common sense could answer many questions.  For instance, how many Skechers have an arch support or how many fuzzy slippers are washable?  None.   At the price point, there is probably little or no cushioning.

 It is not the responsibility of customers to explain a vendors' product. QVC has pushed that onto customers when they should be requiring their own suppliers to give the answers to very basic questions.

@candyagain  Agree.  That section of this website has so many things wrong with it.  For one, the "Your question has been answered" email does not work.  I can never find my questions I have posted.

Re: Answer the customer questions!!!

@haddon9   I was under the same impression that it was for both vendors and customers to answer.  I have seen a lot of responses from Kim Gravel.

This! We can count on the same old, same old to snipe at the OP and give a rap on the knuckles.  I guess it gives them a much needed boost but it's old.  Posters like you is such a nice change.
