I placed an advance order for Funky Chunky during the Christmas in July event and I have been waiting for it to come. I was told that it would come on 11/8/2022 and then was told it would come 11/13/2022. Now I am told it will not be coming, that the package was never picked up by UPS, and that there is nothing to replace it with. I asked where is my package and the CR said that there is no way of knowing and they will refund my money but if I happen to get it, give them a call and they will charge me.
Its not really about the money, its about ensuring that your customers are well taken care of. Verey Disappointed

Yes, I know it is hard to be disappointed, but sometimes one just needs to go with the flow and buy something else.
Last year I ordered chocolates for my cousin and they ran out in November before the December orders were even shipped (NOT QVC--the chocolate company)!
A few years ago the post office lost one of my QVC packages inside the post office for more than two months!
There are many posts from people whose packages travel all over the country before arriving, and that has happened to me as well. It is not just QVC--every so often we receive an Amazon package at our house, and we never order from them--it belongs to neighbors somewhere.
Maybe QVC can reship your food in the next month's deliveries!

If it had a label they would know. I'd bet packages go out on pallets into trailers. A person like the one who delivers to you doesn't pick up QVC.

@Joyful3450 I know it's disappointing to not receive an order, especially since you've been waiting since July, but there are several other Funky Chunky sets currently available. Maybe you can find something comparable or ever better.

I had a similar experience with CIJ order in July for Corky's turkey with bacon.
They never sent it. I emailed Corkys and they said they'd send it last week. Nope.
It is one rare time that CC actually cancelled the order this week.
Corkys did the same thing to me last year. Apparently I am a slow learner, No more!

I can't blame QVC for my 3 packages that are in USPS limbo land.
I can't blame the CS rep for having NO info either. They don't have a crystal ball to see what the mail service has done with my packages.
They DO, however, continue to provide excellent service by resending my missing items.
Can't ask for more than that.

I ordered the Rastelli prime rib the other day when it was a TSV. They went on & on about having enough for the immediate ship so I ordered. Within 6hrs (same day) & it still being offered on TSV immediate ship, my order went to "back order". I canceled while I still could. Super annoyed 😠
