Another Pricing Issue - Re Clearance vs. As Is

The As Is price is more than the clearance price for a brand new item.  This isn't right!

 

A290016  As Is (which is in stock as I write this post)

A 280977  Clearance price for same item is less

I noticed this last week on another item, can't remember what it was but found it strange the "as is" price was more than the clearance price.
