I received a letter from them stating that my QCARD bill, cannot be seen, because of an invalid email address. I checked and the correct email address is stated.  I have used this email for 20 plus years. 

 

The problem I have,  is their threat to discontinue my electronic billing service.  In the future they will send only paper statements.  I guess in the future I will not use my QCard.

 

My card is paid ahead of time. My e-mail address is correct.
