All shipping problems may not be QVC's fault but they are their responsibility! Processing times and shipping times have significantly slowed and while I had no shipping issues in the past, I have been plagued with incorrect items being shipped, auto-delivery items never being shipped, exchanges being returned instead of exchanged and so on. It is getting quite frustrating.

@depglass. I've had several packages reach my local post office only to suddenly zoom off to Phoenix or California where they sit for a week. Then somebody notices them and sent them back. I always get them eventually but it takes awhile.

The shipping problems may not appear to be QVCs fault, but I have shipping problems only from QVC. I shop online all the time, from food to clothes, to household items, and all arrive timely and without delivery problems.
