@Kitty Galore.  If people were not able to check out the system would be flooded with complains.  It's very possible the problem is with your device or service provider.  There are occasions when I notice mine stops running for a short period; you may have a similar situation.

 

Things are rarely "normal" on a free shipping day.

I found a way around it & was able to check out. When I put something in my cart & then click away I get the message that QVC online isn’t available when I try to get back in.

I have had issues all week with my Safari browser on iPad.  When I do I just go to the QVC app instead.  I'm not sure why it is happening but I think it's because QVC wants us to use the app instead!
