What I find the most frustrating is when the hosts assure us that our item is in stock and, for example, “the next 3000? will ship immediately”. Only to find when I place the order right then it reverts to advance order with no projected ship date and still sits idle a week later. Customer service can only say that the immediate ship sold out.
