Advance order- want to cancel it

Is there a MOD who can help me cancel an Advance Order?  I am having a heck of a time with this issue.  I can't seem to get into the QVC Social team email either.  Thank you.

I had an order on Extended Delivery with HSN, it was no problem to cancel, on my order page there was a link to cancel it.

Try Chat Live - I've had really good success with them and usually it doesn't take very long.

If it's for the Barefoot Dreams cardigan TSV, I'm having the same problem. I called and the service rep said she couldn't do it either.

And THAT is my problem,  and how long can QVC hold something "in process" without allowing the customer to cancel it and move on? I have an item that has been "in process for 10 days and no tracking number yet, which tells me the item is yet to ship.  It cannot be canceled. There should be a time limit that something either gets shipped or the customer can cancel the order,  after 10 days of limbo this is ridiculous.

I SO agree with what you have stated about cancelling orders.  Mine is even an "Advanced Order."  That would indicate to me that the item is not even physically stored in a QVC warehouse yet.  So, what difference does it make if a customer wants to cancel the item?  Very bad service-poor customer relations issue here.
