Hello: I have four advance orders pending.

Where do I find the ship date information?

Check your order status.

@pattypeep

Click Order Status

There is a tab at the top that says

ADVANCED & WAIT LIST

That's where you will find the info

@pattypeep - The advice from @RespectLife is likely what you need, but it is also important to note that when the orders reach their ship week, they move out of that tab and do not jump to the top of your order list—you have to either use the search field to find them or click the "Next" link until you see them in your main order list. It's not ideal. You will get an email notification when they ship; if memory serves, we used to get a reminder about upcoming advance orders, but I haven't seen that in at least two years.

I have three advance orders shipping this week; fortunately, I made a note to watch them and bookmarked the order detail pages in my browser in advance so I could keep track of them until they moved into the "Shipped" status. Now I'm just monitoring their progress via the UPS website.

@loriqvc  I did find them earlier; however, I'm looking for the ship dates and did not see that info.

@pattypeep - For orders in the current ship week, the "Order Detail" page will show the estimated ship date until the item ships and then the tracking information will appear (see the area right under the picture of the item). For orders shipping in the future, check the "Advanced & Waitlist" tab or the individual "Order Detail" page for the ship date in the item title (e.g., "SH 11/13). Hope that helps!
