on the top Account is not  appearing , and when it does I click on it and it disappears .   I notice there is a icon for watch live and also watch .  I don't believe they were both there prior .  So because of that account is not there any longer .  I can get it to show up at times if I hit cart or come here it will show up ,  not every time though .  I can't figure out what qvc is doing .

Way up top, across from 'Cart', do you see 'Sign in' and a menu drops down, the second choice is 'My Account', do you not have that?

@KingstonMom.  @Kitty Galore. I've got that but when the box drops down it just stays for a nanosecond then reverts to the sign on screen.   I've never been fast enough to use it. 

I've  complained about the problem but IT seems to be astute at ignoring such complaints.

@Kitty Galore   I'm using Chrome on my computer.  When I hit Sign in, My Account shows at least to my slow count of"one one thousand, two one thousand -- to 10 one thousand" and then I stopped counting.  

I don't know enough about programming to know how tech even knows the random problems

Mine looks exactly the same as always. Updated iPad using Safari.

@Tori3569 @that's exactly how it used to be ...Always !  Not anymore .   As @Kachina624 wrote its there for a nano second and then gone !   Can't click it fast enough .
