Account Deactivated!

I've tried to login into my Izabela account but it seems you closed it down. Every time I try to log in, it tells me to make a new account. I'm ******. I've been a loyal customer and I currently have pending automated orders i need to postpone and still a few things on easy pay as well to pay for as well as pay for an outstanding balance for a computer which I'm behind on because I was in the hospital and still am after a severe accident which caused me to be in a coma and have multiple surgeries. Plus I'm still waiting on the software to the computer which I never received which i called multiple times about and received different answers and finally last time I called right before my accident, i was told to wait to pay the last installment UNTIL I got the software because once I paid then I would NEVER get the software I was PROMISED AND ENTITLED TO. In meantime my mom called to inform you all of my medical situation and it was all, oh I'm sorry ok, no problem, etc, etc.

I want these postponed at the moment.

Btw, i can't access to see what order was placed and or shipped. Plus I see a 12 cent charge on my PayPal account dated the 23rd, WHY??

And I CANNOT BELIEVE this is how you treat loyal customers who currently pay every item on time except behind only 1 single payment out of a total of 6, 5 of which were paid, except for the last installment is only behind because I got severely injured and almost died, NOT that you all care! AND I WANT THE SOFTWARE to the computer, I've been kind and patient enough regarding that prior to my accident!

P.S. When I call, I can't get a straight answer, etc "my account is active". No its NOT, i had to re enter info and made a "new account" so i could air my frustration!

I better not get that last installment sent to collections when I have no way of even paying it! Plus you got rid of PayPal credit! Worst Company and Customet Service Ever!

No way of paying it as in I can't access it from my account nor have I received a bill just like i never got my computer software!
I have a screenshot of the email you sent me beginning of August regarding one of the autodelivery items being sent but have received nothing!

I've tried to login into my account on QVC but tells me to make a new account. I'm not talking about gmail, just the email I use is a gmail one

My issue isn't with gmail or Google, it's with QVC

I've only reopened the izabela.rn one thanks to your customer service suggestion but have gotten nowhere except they keep getting closed
