I NOW HAVE 5 ORDERS THAT ARE NOT SHOWING UP UNDER MY AUTODELIVERY. CAN'T EVEN USE THE AUTOMATED SERVICE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT EVEN RECOGONIZE THE ORDERS.
PLEASE HELP AS I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND HESITANT ABOUT PLACING ANY MORE ORDERS.

I HAVE SPOKEN TO COSTUMER 3 OR 4 TIMES AND THEY SAY THEY TO GIVE IT A FEW DAYS AND IT SHOULD BE RESOLVED. THAT WAS DAYS AGO AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. JUST HAPPENS WITH ANYTHING ON AD I ORDER FOR THE PAST WEEK.

@weezer111 I will repeat what has been said: You will get BETTER service and help by contacting the QVC social team at the email posted in 2 other posts. They can do more than Customer Service.

Once again, I am amzed by the randomness of the problems. I jut returned from my mailbox with about 10 envelopes of junk mail but also the QVC box containing my AD Josie order.
I haven't encountered any cancellations or shipment delays but have no idea if that's because of where I live, what I order, who is shipping, etc. I do know my good luck has nothing to do with being a longtime buyer nor for putting in thousands of dollars of order the way I once might have. It's just random, imo.

I HAVE NOT MISSED ANY AD SHIPMENTS AS THESE WERE ALL RECENT ORDERS. I LIKE TO MANAGE FUTURE SHIPMENTS OR CANCEL IF I DO NOT WANT TO KEEP IT COMING.
I APPRECIATE ALL THE FEEDBACK. WISH I WOULD GET A REPSONSE FROM CS AS WELL AS TO THE STATUS OF THE SITUATION.

I ordered the TSV on AD and it hasn't showed. Called the order takers and was transferred to C/S.
Tiffany in C/S said sometimes when it's busy the orders don't show right away and as long as it went through not to re-order as it's in the system and just not showing yet.
The item I ordered not on AD went thru and showed immediately.
