ATTN MODS: Recieved Damaged Product and can't get through to customer service

Hello,
 
I just received my order today and both of the bags were split open. One bag only contained 7 instead of 8 balls and most of them were broken open because they were either overfried or baked. They must have exploded when they were cooking at company and instead of them throwing them away as rejects they just packed them in bags. The cooler was full of pieces that had broken off and you could not cook them because filling was sticking out. I tried calling 4 times and was told there were no available customer support agents and to go online. One time I was put on hold for 50 minutes and was then cut off. These are damaged. I have had these twice before directly from the company and I know this is not how they are supposed to be.
 
Could you please assist me in returning this item?

Thanks for the quick response @Beth-QVC . I just checked and I see 50.00 was added to my qvc credits to my account(I used giftcard),but this item was 59.48.

Was part of this going back on my credit card even though I didn't use it?

i do realize it is a bit confusing but there were 5 X $10.00 and then 1 X $9.48 = $59.48. You might not have noticed the last one.
