Not sure why but for the past hour, it won't alow me to access the Program Guide. It says "You are not authorized"......

I am sorry you are having difficulty accessing the program guide. I was just able to access it from the main page on qvc.com - in the upper right corner use the dropdown under Shop QVC TV and click on Program Guide.

@SahmIam, that happened to me yesterday. Same weird message.
After a few tries I got in.
I think i was switching between desktop and mobile, and something wasn't compatible for a while on my tablet.

@Barbara-QVC I typed in "Program Guide" and I CAN access it. I went back tried from the drop down menu, "Access Denied". Tried both ways from the other computers in my house (I am on a lap top right now); same results. Tried from my phone; same problem.
This tells me it's not my device but something on QVC's end. (plus the fact that others are having the same issue would point to that as well).
Just wanted to let you know. : )

Thanks for the link, but when I click on it I see the program guide. What browser are you using and what type of device?

I've also gotten this message. Seems to happen when I'm away from the computer for a few hours, but have left a QVC window open. I click on the Program Guide and get the access denied error. What I did was to click on Items Recently on Air or Watch QVC TV, then click on Program Guide, and it appears.
I'm on a MacBook using Firefox.
ETA: It's has nothing to do with being logged in because I didn't have to log in. Simply accessed one of the other options I mentioned above and then it worked.

It happened to me too-just started today.
I have to go to the QVC main page, then click on program guide which after a few seconds, changes to a new program guide where you cannot see items in the show, only "more info".
So we have all figured to just go to items recently aired from the drop down shop QVC to see all the programs recently aired plus ability to see the actual items, rather than just information.
So they changed something today which doesn't allow access like before unless going to the main page.
And even then, there is no ability to see items recently aired unless you click on more info, wait a few seconds, pictures appear, then you can click on the picture and the video comes on for that item.
And thats the story of the round about way we figured to be able to see things.
